Black pepper 1/2/tsp - Veggies - Spring onion 1 cup (julien cut) - Capsicum 1 cup.
- Take the same oil and add more oil to make almost half cup, - Now add ginger n crushed green chillies.Saute it until aroma comes.Now add all the sauces, soya sauces, Worcestershire sauce, BBQ sauce,black pepper,crushed red chillies,salt,brown sugar and cook for a while, now add beef and cook more,Add half of the sesame seeds. - After that add capsicum, Cook for 2 mins only. - In the end, add spring onion n sesame seeds and cook for 30 sec only and serve immediately.
- Tips - 1 -always cook ur Chinese food when u want to serve. - Paka k na rakhen.Veggies ka color kharab hojayga. - Use these sauces. - FRIED RICE: - Boiled rice 1/2 kg (boil with salt n when they r done add a tbsp of vinegar and then drain) - Salt according to ur taste - Chicken cubes 1 box (means 2 cubes inside) - Soya sauce 2 tsp - Black pepper 1/4 tsp - Eggs 2 - Carrot 1/4 cup - Capsicum 1/4 cup - Cabbage 1/4 cup - Green onion 1/4 cup - - All veggies should be cut in small cubes.
- In a oil add eggs, scrumble them, when they r done add chicken cubes,black pepper and soya sauce. - When cubes will dissolve add veggies,first add carrot because they are hard to cook, then capscium,then cabbage. In the end add green onions and left few for garnishing. - - Plz don't do this session of adding veggies more than a min..bcoz the color of veggies will fade..!!!! - - Just stir fry them for a min. - Immediately add boiled rice, Mix them well. - - Now ready to serve.
