Before you jump to 15 Minute Melt-in-Your-Mouth Tiramisu recipe, you may want to read this short interesting healthy tips about Finding Healthy Fast Food.

Almost every “get healthy” and “weight loss” posting you read will tell you to skip the drive through and make all of your meals yourself. This is actually very good advice. But at times the last thing you wish to do is make a whole supper for yourself and your family. Once in a while you only want to pay a visit to the drive through while you are on your way home and end the day. There is no reason you shouldn’t be able to do this once in a while and be free of the guilt usually associated with “diet slips”. You are able to do this because most of the popular joints are now promoting “healthy” menu options to keep their businesses up. Here’s how it is possible to eat healthfully when you’re at a fast food restaurant.

Go for the side dishes. It wasn’t too long ago that French Fries were your sole side dish option at a restaurant. Today the majority of the most popular fast food franchises have increased their offerings. Now you can get a range of salads. You can get chili. You may get a baked potato. You could possibly get fruit. There are lots of wholesome options that do not include putting something deep fried into your body. Instead of the pre-determined “meal deals” make an effort to create a meal out of side dishes. When you do this you are able to keep your fat content and calorie counts low.

Simple logic states that the proper way to lose pounds and get healthy is to ban fast food from your diet entirely. While this is usually a good idea all you need to do is make a couple of good decisions and visiting the drive through isn’t anything to worry about–when you do it in moderation. At times what you require most is just to have someone else do the cooking. When you want wholesome menu items, you do not have to feel terrible about visiting the drive through.

We hope you got insight from reading it, now let’s go back to 15 minute melt-in-your-mouth tiramisu recipe. To make 15 minute melt-in-your-mouth tiramisu you only need 6 ingredients and 13 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to cook 15 Minute Melt-in-Your-Mouth Tiramisu:
  1. Prepare 1 Sponge cake (15 cm diameter)
  2. You need 2 Eggs
  3. Provide 3 tbsp Sugar
  4. Provide 200 ml Strong coffee or espresso
  5. Take 200 grams Mascarpone
  6. Use 1 Cocoa powder
Instructions to make 15 Minute Melt-in-Your-Mouth Tiramisu:
  1. These are the ingredients. For the sake of saving time, I'm using instant coffee. (Making espresso in advance is better still!)
  2. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar to the 2 egg yolks, then mix them together with a whisk until they look whitish.
  3. Add the 200 g of mascarpone to the mixture from Step 2 and whisk again.
  4. Now, let's make the meringue. Add some sugar to the egg whites to taste, and whip it until stiff peaks form (using a hand mixer).
  5. Add your meringue from Step 5 to the mascarpone from Steps 3~4 in several batches and mix the two together after each addition. Be careful not to over-mix.
  6. In order to save time, I used the container that the sponge cake came in. Open the cake tin, throw away the protection paper and preservation agent, and gently wipe the container after you've removed the sponge cake.
  7. Place the first of the two sponge cake layers in the container and drizzle it with half of the strong coffee to soak it thoroughly.
  8. Pour half of the mixture from Step 6 on top of the coffee-soaked sponge cake.
  9. Place the other layer of sponge cake on top of the meringue mixture poured in during Step 9, and soak in the rest of the coffee in the same way as before.
  10. Pour the rest of the mixture from Step 6 on top of the cake, then shake the container gently to even out the surface of the cake.
  11. After you use tea strainer to sprinkle the top of the cake with cocoa powder, it's finished.
  12. You can eat it as is, or you can chill it in the fridge for a few hours, as the amount of the meringue used in this cake is more than what you'd use for a normal tiramisu.
  13. After chilling it for about 4 hours, it cuts very nicely. However, it tends to have a smoother texture at room temperature. Enjoy the fluffiness of the cake!
