- Prepare 8 oz marscapone
- Use 7 oz lady fingers
- Use 6 egg white
- Get 6 yolks

Instructions to make Tiramisu:
- seperate eggs and make sure eggs and cheese are room temperature
- using a hand mixer. beat the egg yolks while slowly adding tbs of sugar. Beat until it looks like a pudding consistancy add the marscapone cheese and mix well and set aside
- in another bowl beat the egg whites with sugar, add sugar slowly. beat whites until you form medium peaks. once complete fold in egg whites to the egg yolks slowly making sure not to collapse air pockets in egg whites.
- brew espresso and sweeten as you like
- now your ready to layer dip lady finger in espresso (the longer you dip the more moist the cake lady finger absorb coffee quick you might need more)
- layer lady finger in pan spread on mixture dust with cocoa powder then repeat.
