  2. You need 100 grams Pancake mix
  3. You need 70 grams Mochiko
  4. Provide 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  5. You need 100 ml Milk
  6. Use 5 tbsp Sugar
  7. Provide 1 dash Baking powder

  1. Mix together the egg, vegetable oil, milk and sugar well.

  3. [Steaming in a Steamer] Line the inside of a steamer container with glassine paper cups. Pour the batter into cups.
  4. Once there is steam coming out of the steamer, add the cups and steam for 15-20 minutes (this takes a bit longer than the frying pan way).
  5. [Steaming in a frying pan] Pour the batter into the cups and line them up inside a large, flat frying pan.
  6. Add 1 cm boiling water, cover the pan with a lid and steam for 12-14 minutes.
