There are countless options that you can choose that do not force you to ingest foods that have been deep fried. Instead of the pre-determined “meal deals” aim to make a meal from side dishes. You’ll maintain your calorie and fatty food count lower and escape dedication.
Basic sense states that the best way to lose fat and get healthy is to ban fast food from your diet altogether. Most of the time this is a good idea but if you make good choices, there is no reason you can’t visit your drive through now and then.
