- Heat oven to 350°F (180°C) and place some parchment or aluminum into the bottom of an 8x8 pan, grease and cocoa (NOT flour) it, shaking out any excess.
- Mix the chocolate milk with the eggs into the dry ingredients in the lg bowl with a rubber/silicon spatula until ALL the ingredients are thoroughly blended and there are no longer any dry bits left. At this point you can add any chocolate chips or nuts, even shredded coconut if you wish, or you can opt to press them into the top.
