- In a medium bowl marinate the bulgogi. Whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, grape juice, sesame seed oil, green onions, garlic and pepper until well combined. Add the beef and makes sure that it's coated really well and drowned in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
- In a rice cooker or on the stove make 2 cups of rice.
