  1. Provide 200 gm Black eye peas Soaked and boiled
  2. Take 1 tsp Red chilli powder and garlic paste (together)
  3. Get to taste Salt

  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp urmeric powder
  7. Prepare leaves Few curry

  1. Soak lobia for 8 hours or overnight. Next morning you can boil it on low flame. Don't cook in pressure cooker.
  2. Add oil. Once oil is hot add asafoetida, curry leaves and Red chilli powder and garlic paste. Mix it well. Now add turmeric powder and coriander powder.
  3. Add boiled lobia, salt and mix it well. Cook for another 10 minutes on low flame. Add coriander leaves before serving.
  4. Serve with rice or roti.
