The ingredients needed to make Wheat Dosa | Godhi Dosa | Godhuma Dosa:
- You need 1/2 cup Wheat flour
- Use 1/2 cup Rice flour
- You need 2 tbsp Rava (semolina)
- Get 1 tbsp Curd
- Provide to taste Salt
- Get As needed Water
- You need ½ Onion (finely chopped)
- You need 1 inch Ginger (grated)
- Take 1-2 Green chilli (finely chopped)
- Get As needed Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Prepare 3-4 Curry leaves
- Take 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Instructions to make Wheat Dosa | Godhi Dosa | Godhuma Dosa:
- Mix the wheat flour, rice flour, rava, curd, salt, onion, ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves, curry leaves and cumin seeds with a water to make thin runny batter.
- Rest for 20 minutes or till flour absorbs water.
- Make sure you are using a pan that does not have a non-stick coating.
- Add few drops of oil smear it well.
- Rub the tawa with a small piece of onion and heat it.
- When the tawa is hot, pour the batter thinly from a little height. do not spread it like a normal dosa.
- Drizzle some oil towards the edges.
- Let the base turn crispy golden brown. Keep on medium flame to cook.
- Your dosa is ready.
- Serve wheat dosa immediately with onion-tomato chutney or coconut chutney.
