- Provide 2 cup half boiled rice grain
- Get 1 cup usual rice grain

- Mix 2 kind of rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds in a pot. Take poha in another bowl. Wash both, many times to get a clean water. Soak rice mixture for 3 hours. Wash poha thoroughly and soak for 15 minutes and then mix with Rice.
- Grind to get batter, and keep covered in a dark place to ferment naturally. Then add hing, salt and 1 tsp sugar to enhance the taste and colour.
- In a kadhai heat 1 tsp oil. Add 2 laddles of batter. No need to make thin circle. Add the veggies mixture. And 1 tsp oil on the Utthapam.
