Deep fry your potatoes and plantain till you get your desired color, put another frying pan on fire add a little groundnut oil add your onion,tomatoes,pepper then fry for 1 min add a pinch of salt,Maggie and curry then fry for 30seconds add your whisk egg and fry immediately fry till all the eggs are scattered(lol) and yea your scrambled egg is ready
