Instructions to make Biriani:
- Slice and boil the meat till soft. Remove from the heat and add fermented milk. Let it rest for 30mins

- Grate the carrots and set aside
- Wash and peel Irish potatoes. Slice and set aside
- Slice capsicum and coriander leaves. Set aside
- Put some oil in a pan on medium heat. Slice onions and fry till golden brown
- Pound or grate garlic and ginger and add on the pan.
- Add the sliced Irish potatoes. Fry till it's partly cooked..
- Add grated carrots. Fry till it's cooked.
- Add blended tomatoes and mix. Let it cook for a while.
- Add tomato paste, royco, pilau masala and salt. Add the meat and the soup (just enough) and mix. Let it boil
- Add coriander and capsicum. Mix till it's ready
- For the rice, just wash and boil, and add food coloring when it's almost ready. Leave it to dry
