- Provide 150 g Rigatoni pasta (dry weight),
- Use 5 sausages, ideally with Italian seasoning, pork or chicken,
- Provide 1.5 tbsp tomato pureé paste with oregano & basil,
- Prepare 2 cloves garlic chopped finely,
