- Take mutton in a bowl, add salt and lemon juice mix well and leave it to marinate for 2 hrs or overnight. (I cooked it after 4 hrs of marination).
- Heat a pan with 1/4 cup of oil, put whole garam masala in it and stir for few seconds. Remove them from the oil.
- Now add finely sliced onions with 1 tsp cumin & stir. Cook it on medium heat until golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic Paste, Kashmiri Red Chilli, Coriander powder, Turmeric Powder and stir for few seconds.
- Add meat and bonify till all extra juice evaporated.
- Add yogurt and tomato puree & stir well. After that add 1 cup of hot water and salt. Cover it and let it cook until tender.
- Sprinkle gram masala powder and fennel powder and cover it for few seconds. Let it cook for another 5 minutes with lid on it. Done 👍

- Pour oil in a pan and add cloves, cinnamon, GGG paste, saute briefly. Now add peas and let it cook.
- Pour rice in water and bring the water to a boil.
- Reduce heat to simmer and let rice cook over 15-20 minutes, or untill rice is tender.
- Carrot salad instructions: Grate carrots in food processor or hand processor.
- Tip into a serving bowl including rest of ingredients.
