- Use 2 tbsp Cor nflour

- Prepare 1-1.5 tbsps Castor Sugar/Honey

- Prepare 1 packet or 12 pieces Chocolate Oreo Biscuits: Crushed
- Get 1/2 Cup Dark/Milk Chocolates: Crushed
- Take 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream: Chilled
- Take 1/2 Cup Condensed Milk: Chilled
- Use 1/4-1/2 Cup Fresh Milk: Chilled- Optional

- In a saucepan over medium heat: Add in the aforementioned milk & sugar & a pinch of salt and allow it to come to a boil- Once it starts boiling, reduce the flame & let it cook for another few mins time

- Once, the Cornflour is well blended and the mixture had thickened sufficiently, turn off the flame and allow it to cool down quite a bit in order to thicken even better but before it starts cooling down- Add in the the few broken pieces of the Cadbury’s Chocolates to get dissolved in it while being hot
- We’ll notice that, as it starts thickening: the coffee-chocolate consistency has become even more thicker, creamier & silky… Now, time to assemble the Mousse layers before refrigerating it & having it absolutely chilled- As & when, we desire to….
