- Get 250 gms maida/All-purpose Flour
- Get 1 tsp salt
- Use 1 tsp Granulated sugar

- Take lukewarm water in a bowl add granulated sugar n yeast mix well keep it a side for 10-15min.

- Dust maida on a table N take a dough on a table.just press with fingers.remove air.N cut in to mid. Size. Now make same size ball.
- Take one ball n press with fingers n make a puri fill stuffing n seal Properly n again make a smooth ball. Like this way prepare all stuffed balls.n cover with dry napkin for 2nd proving.
- Preheat oven for 5min. Brush oil in a tin. N keep all stuffed balls. Mix 1tsp. Oil n 1tsp. Milk in a bowl n brush on all buns.Bake for 15-20min on 200* temp.
- Take out from oven apply butter.n take in a serving bowl. Serve hot with ketchup n coffee. Tasty yummy stuff buns is ready to serve.
