- First in cooker vessel add broken wheat, little salt, oil and water, pressure cook for 3 whistles. As broken wheat being cook..dry roast peanuts for 5 mins and remove skin and grind to coarse powder.Keep aside.
- Remove cooked broken wheat from cooker vessel in board dish(Thali)..and cool under fan for few mins. Grind green chillies to paste.
- In non stick kadhai add, heat oil,do tempering of cumin seeds as they splutter add green chillies paste and saute for 30 secs.
- Add cooked and cooled broken wheat,coarse peanut powder,salt, sugar powder and lemon juice. Mix well. Cook for 1 minute. Off the flame. Serve hot garnishing with chopped coriander leaves.
