- add ground beef and fully cook
- add a little less than a quarter cup of basil, oregano, chili flakes and any other spice/seasoning you wish
- add cup of strong coffee to deglaze pot
- add veggies and let cook for about 10-15 mins
- add diced tomatoes and let summer on low heat for 2 hours (longer it sits the better it will taste)
